Qudos is a fast and fun way for colleagues to share instant appreciation and celebrate success.
Built as a web application with a Directus back-end, we worked with the Qudos team to develop an employee wellbeing and recognition platform with a difference.
Through an intuitive and visually striking user interface, users can send and receive customised 3D Qudos cards, featuring personalised messages of appreciation. To further incentivise, the platform features a ‘Spin & Win’ mechanism to assign prizes to Qudos recipients.
The platform features a custom built admin portal, giving Qudos’ clients the ability to quickly onboard new starters, set custom recognition categories and spin up new prize draws in minutes.
Since the platform’s launch in 2022, over 30,000 Qudos cards have been sent and 1,000 prizes have been awarded to recognise colleagues for going the extra mile.
